This policy explains how Snehapana delivers its services and ships medicines bought through snehapana.com.

1. Consultation package

The ₹1,000 consultation package is a service, so nothing is shipped. After payment, our team contacts you by WhatsApp or phone within 2 working days to collect your reports and schedule your first consultation. Consultations take place online, by video or voice call.

2. Where we ship

We ship medicines to addresses within India only. We do not ship internationally at present.

3. Preparation and dispatch

• Your medicines, including your ghrita, are prepared for you after our physician confirms your treatment.
• We dispatch them within 15 working days after your treatment is confirmed and payment for the medicines is received.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

4. Delivery time

We send orders through registered courier services. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will help you follow up.

5. Shipping charges

We tell you any shipping charge before you pay for your medicines. The charge depends on the weight of the parcel and the delivery location.

6. Tracking

When your order ships, we send you the courier name and tracking number by WhatsApp or email.

7. Address and receiving your parcel

• Please give a complete address, PIN code and a phone number you can be reached on.
• If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we can send it again. You pay the extra shipping charge.
• Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, leaking or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and send photos, as explained in ourRefund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
