These terms apply when you use snehapana.com (the "website") or buy a consultation package or medicines from Snehapana ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or paying for a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them with ourPrivacy Policy andRefund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Our services

Snehapana offers doctor-guided Snehapana, a classical Ayurvedic therapy, followed from home. Our services include online consultations with a qualified Ayurvedic physician, a personalised treatment plan, follow-up support, and medicated ghee (ghrita) and other medicines prepared for you.

2. Medical disclaimer

• Snehapana may not be right for everyone. You start treatment only after our physician has assessed you and confirmed that it is suitable.
• Our consultations are online. They do not replace an in-person examination, emergency care or necessary conventional medical treatment.
• Do not stop or change any medicine prescribed by another doctor unless that doctor advises it.
• In a medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital or emergency service at once. Do not wait for a reply from us.
• Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
• Content on this website is general information, not personal medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to buy a package. A parent or legal guardian must book, pay and attend consultations for a patient under 18.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give complete and truthful information about your health, current medicines, allergies, pregnancy and past treatments.
• Share recent medical reports when our physician asks for them.
• Follow the diet and instructions in your treatment plan.
• Tell us at once about any unexpected or worrying symptoms.

Our advice depends on the information you give. We are not responsible for harm that results from incomplete or incorrect information.

5. Consultation package

The consultation package costs ₹1,000. It covers the consultations, support period and other items listed on the website at the time you buy it. Medicines are not included unless the website says so. Once your treatment is confirmed, we tell you the cost of your medicines before you order them.

Consultations take place at times agreed with you. Any unused part of the package expires at the end of its support period.

6. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• We may change our prices at any time. A change does not affect a package you have already paid for.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example after a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we do, we refund any amount you have paid in full.

7. Medicines and delivery

Your medicines are prepared for you and are usually dispatched within 15 working days after your treatment is confirmed. We ship only within India. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location. Use the medicines only as directed by our physician, and only for the person they were prepared for.

8. Cancellations and refunds

9. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and design on this website belong to Snehapana or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website. For example, do not try to gain unauthorised access, upload harmful code, or submit false information or another person's details without their consent.

11. Third-party services

The website uses third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Razorpay, our enquiry form provider and Google Translate. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you made your purchase apply to that purchase.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Alappuzha, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
